(F.1487/J.1459)
[1, 2] Belshazzar, Letter:: a message by God to destroy him. "In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote." (Daniel 5:5)
[3, 4] Conculded and begun:: Belshazzar's message on the wall was concluded, and begun a new message (on the Wailing Wall in line 8) by God.
[6] Conscience of us:: the new message is our conscience, to repent at the Wailing Wall.
[7] Glasses:: vessels; Belshazzar's father "had taken out of the temple which was in Jerusalem." Belshazzar used the vessels and was punished by God. without its Glasses:: without being punished by God.
[8] Revelation's Wall:: the only wall in Revelation (21:10–12) is the wall of "that great city, the holy Jerusalem"; it hints at the Wailing Wall, or Western Wall in Jerusalem.

And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, . . . And had a wall great and high, (Revelation 21:10–12)
