[2] Nor, Dumb:: not dumb due to the price changes (either in the future exchange or not).
[3, 4] by Sign, profound:: the nature of forward contract.
[5] News be ripe:: goods' information is firm.
[6] Act,:: trader's action.
[7, 8] Escape or Substitute:: to terminate the contract or make a opposite new contract to compensate the loss.
