[2] seek:: to search (by trying, tasting wine). Dark:: heavy in alcohol.
[3] fit:: a sudden and violent attack of a disorder.
[4] sober:: not drunk in the process to make wine (but drunk by the result).
[6] abstinence of mine:: less water.
[7] purer food:: higher percentage of alcohol.
[9] transport:: the state of being carried away, by the process of the wine making, and the seeking.
