[3] Frankfort:: a) Frankfort, Illinois (or Indiana), named after Frankfurt am Main, Germany; b) Frankfort, the name of a German city (OED 1823). air:: atmosphere, mood.
[4] Cigar:: with cigar and wine, this leisure immigrant has no cross now.
