[3, 4] Stars, forehead:: a coin with stars around; e.g. the 1858 seated liberty half dime, or the 1855 large cent with "LIBERTY" in the bust's forehead.
[5, 6] Rich, frugal:: a hint on money.
[7] Ducats:: gold or silver coins.
