[8] equity:: the quality of being fair. The legendary Knights of the Round Table were those men awarded the highest order of Chivalry at the Court of King Arthur around the sixth century.
[9] Rose:: a peerless person, a paragon. Rose may link to Rose Cross, the Rosicrucianism, but the poem does not match with its doctrine.
